Policies: Shipping

Starting March of 2007, our shipping prices have changed. The below shipping prices are good for USA Orders only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO if shipped through the USPS. Green Woman Herbs Inc reserves the right to ship orders from the carriers of their choice at their own discretion unless a special request and payment was made by the customer.

Orders sub-totalling $50.00 or more FREE Shipping

EXCLUDING heavier orders that weigh more than 4lbs usually when ordering 2 or more Body Polishes OR more than 2 Dead Sea Salt OR ordering Body Polish and Dead Sea Salt combination with 6 soaps or more and more than 24 soaps do not qualify for free shipping.

(Canada orders are $18.99 each and shipped Airmail Parcel Post which takes 4-10 business day delivery time). We do offer overnight (US only normally starting at $22.00 and is shipped USPS Overnight) and 2nd day delivery upon request. Call for quote.

We ship out all orders within 24- 48 hours with the exception of large orders, custom orders or custom gift baskets. Small custom orders are shipped out normally within 48 hours. We will give notice in advance if we are not able to fulfill our goals within the 24-48 hours and on large orders such as gift baskets ordered in large quantities due to the fact that they are made to order.

Please notify us promptly or within 2 weeks, if you did not receive all the products that you ordered or something was damaged. We will do what we can to remedy the problem so that you are satisfied with your order.

Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Shipping is expensive and at Green Woman Herbs, Inc we do not charge handling and in some orders take care of some of your shipping charge so that the total price is as low as can be for our customers.
